Looks about on par with the Lufthansa first lounge offering. Though personally avoid eating a full meal on the ground if the in the air experience will be good and don’t need to sleep.

    How are the wine selections?

      Hi Greg

I’ve heard great things about the FRA F lounge – 85 types of scotch etc and being driven to your flight in a Porsche etc, hoping to experience at Christmas.

As I was on a late night flight, the regular 10 course degustation from Neil Perry wasn’t going to be available, but I always love the food in both SYD and MEL First lounges, it really is always amazing

The free massage I got in the spa was fantastic also, I look forward to trying Lufthansa but the Qantas F lounges are going to be hard to beat!

Ive just added a photo to the post which lists the wines – I remember having the Squealing pig sav blanc which was really nice, also had a fair share of the Taittinger :)

How long did you have in the lounge to eat that 5 course meal. Please do list the wines you matched with each course. The white wine with your asparagus has lovely buttery complexion. cheerio, James

      Hi James

I was in the lounge for about 3 hours total, had a massage and dinner. I wasn’t dining alone, hence I had photos of both meals :)

The squealing pig sav blanc is really great for next time you find yourself in there!
